Business Process Optimization refers to the use of software and technology to automate repetitive tasks and workflows, eliminating the need for manual intervention, tracking, and progression. This includes integration with popular business platforms such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Toggl, Pipedrive, Notion, Confluence, and many others to streamline operations and reduce human error.
7. Do you provide hosting and ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Any website created in partnership with Riddle is hosted on known platforms, such as Vercel and Framer. More advanced websites may be hosted on your own server, or a Virtual Private Server. Monthly platform fees are paid by the client, either directly or through Riddle. Ongoing maintenance and light support are free for 1 month after completion.
8. How does pricing work?
Pricing is transparent and based on scope. We offer fixed packages as well as custom quotes for more complex projects. Smaller projects may cost significantly less. No hidden fees from Riddle, however third-party platform expenses are paid by the customer.

We stand behind our work. If expectations aren't met, we offer revisions, or a money-back guarantee.
